What if I trade in the old device after 14 days because the new device needs 30 days to reach me?
I need to use my old device until the new device reaches me after 30 days. However, it seems I need to trade in within 14 days?
They send the trade-in box at about the same time as they send your new device. You then have 14 days from receipt of the trade-in box to send it in.
