I keep receiving Billing Problem emails from you all for subscriptions that have been cancelled and/or are no longer on any of my devices. They are billed through Apple and I cannot figure out how to make the billings stop.

I keep receiving Billing Problem emails from Apple for subscriptions that have been cancelled and/or are no longer on any of my devices. They are billed through Apple and I cannot figure out how to make the billings stop. I have disabled my PayPal account and my CC and the Billings do not go through but Apple is still trying to charge me.

We understand that you're receiving emails regarding a billing problem from Apple. Since we're all users here, we don't have access to your account to determine why this is happening but it's typically because a previous purchase may not have been cleared. You can learn more here: If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store


You may consider contacting Apple directly to help you to determine why you're receiving these emails. They're best suited to look into this further with you. You can find their contact details at the bottom of the article we've included above.
