Show my caller ID loading wheel

For months my iPhone XS ‘Show My Caller ID’ button has been loading. I hadn’t updated to the latest IOS until I noticed it but it hasn’t changed. Turned it off and on, scrolled through questions and answers here but nothing fixes it.

I am hoping someone here can help.

Caller ID When I go into settings to turn off 'Show My Caller ID' the slider doesn't load, I just get a continuous spinning wheel. I have installed the latest iPhone update and have restarted my phone but I still have the issue. I would like to be able to show my caller ID which is currently turned off. That is carrier controlled feature. Contact your carrier about it.
