I have two iPhone with the same email - on one I was able to create a now mailbox to keep key mail - in the other, I am unable to create a new mail box - it fails saying “unable to create mail box on the server. Why?

We see that you need help with Mail on your iPhone.
For the best information on how to create a mailbox, check this out: Use mailboxes to organize email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
If you’re unable to create a mailbox, can you tell us if it is happening with a particular mail account? For example, iCloud, Outlook, or Gmail?
We ask because if this is happening with a third-party email provider, the best option would be to reach out to them for help.
