I have two iPhone with the same email - on one I was able to create a now mailbox to keep key mail - in the other, I am unable to create a new mail box - it fails saying “unable to create mail box on the server. Why?

If you’re unable to create a mailbox, can you tell us if it is happening with a particular mail account? For example, iCloud, Outlook, or Gmail?
