Someone just told me that if I get an iphone 13pro that I cannot just pick it up and use it like I do with my iphone 11. They said I have to put in some code or use some kind of authorzation - This surely is not the case is it?

If you buy an iPhone 13 Pro, you use it just like you have used any iPhone in the past. The only thing you may need to do is to get an unlimited 5G Data Plan from your cellular provider and a sim card which supports 5G service.

I know that everytime I update my 11 apple tries hard to get me to do some kind of authentication setup but if I tell it no enough times it lets me out. Sort of like MS trying to make me use passwords on me ms computers.
