I can't watch videos on my college website. What is the problem and what can be done?

We understand that videos from your college’s website won’t play using your iPhone. We'd like to look into this with you to see how we can help. 


If videos play from other sites without any issues, we’d recommend reaching out to your college tech support team to look into this issue with you. 


If videos aren’t playing on any other sites, let’s try the following to see if they help: 


• Restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone

• Connect to Wi-Fi to see if your videos play (this can also help us isolate the issue further): Connect to Wi-Fi on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

• If you’re using a beta release of iOS 15, does using the official released version of iOS 15 make a difference?
