Can't open iCloud Synchronization File

I had permanently deleted a folder from iCloud archive but managed to recover it with the help of external data recovery software (Recoverit). But I am unable to open my files, as it says .icloud. Kindly advise how to I access or open my files (pdf, doc, xls, ppt, etc.)
