My share focus status is not working. It won’t share my focus status when someone message me even though I turned on my focus and share focus status.

Makego to setting, scroll and find msgs and turn on the focus setting from there. Turn your phone off and then back on and it should work. Was having this issue for a while also.
The problem resolved itself for me after I updated to iOS 15.0.2. Not sure what the exact issue was and why it wasn’t working but now it does
When I turn my share focus on it shared to other contacts but still allows them to show there messages to me when I have that off
Same here. Contacted Apple they told me they were working on it and to wait for the next update. That has come and gone and it still doesn’t work.

Same things happening to me, did you ever figure out how to work it?
I thought no one was able to see my focus until I realized those same people was listed as excluded from the focus. Meaning the silence didn't apply to them.
