Hello, I am currently a student in college. I was trying to change my subscription to the 4.99 a month for students. When I got to change it, it says my email is already in use. It is keeping me at the 9.99 price.

APPLE MUSIC Hello I am trying to renew my apple music subscription. However, the email I used to register the device I no longer have. Apple Music student subscription So I have currently use the same email for school as my Apple ID email as well . I wanted to change my subscription plan from regular individual to student since I am now a freshman in college. Every time I try to change my subscription it says my email is already in use, and won’t let me allow to change it. Please help me resolve this issue
