Just wondering if anyone has figured this out yet? Recently purchased the MacBook, but was hoping the USB-C bus would support the displays through the Dell dock like our two other work PC's so we don't have to reorient all of our display ports every time we plug in.
M1 Macs only support a single external display.

FWIW, Dell docks have been problematic with Macs. Dell designs and tests their products with PC and and can care less about Mac compatibility.
