iMac with missing GPU Drivers

Specs:

iMac (Retina 4K, 21.5-inch, 2017)

3 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5

16 GB 2400 MHz DDR4

SSD

Radeon Pro 555 2 GB

I've been experience serious beach balling, hangs and kernel panics since installing Big Sur

Keeping an eye on the console logs this keeps appearing:

VTEncoderXPCService[1435]: getattrlist failed for /Library/GPUBundles/AMDRadeonVADriver2.bundle/Contents/MacOS/AMDRadeonVADriver2: #2: No such file or directory

This occours from various apps including Adobe CC apps and Safari

Does anyone know of there a correlation between system hangs etc and missing drivers?

...and why are they missing in the first place!
