Keyboard flickering after the IOS15 update on majority third party messaging apps

I feel like they’ve stopped caring coz people are buying the phones anyway.

the WhatsApp update helped resolve the flashing keyboard glitch, but now when I type, the cursor keeps glitching!!

AND it’s still happening on chrome and it’s fricking ******* off man

May I know if you are experiencing this only on Whatsapp or also other chat apps? I tried to type on LINE apps but works just fine tho, no glitchy keyboard 🤔

This issue is still happening for me as well. It seem to go away after keyboard reset for couple of days and comes back again.

Unfortunately this is not just a 3rd party app issue. I am having this problem using iOS 15.0.1 and numbers. constant issue when keyboard is launched.

This bug happens when using apple apps too not just 3rd party (it literally just happened when typing this)

also in notes…see attached picture. Very frustrating

Just got my iPhone 13 Pro, and flickers a LOT. I’m thinking about returning it. It’s causing me headaches. It did it out of the box and still after the update to iOS 15. Not only 3rd party apps but also in the web browsers.

Experiencing this too! At first, the keyboard glitch happened on Whatsapp and iMessage. Now, it happens only on Whatsapp almost everytime I hit the enter button to send message!! Thinking if this is because of hardware or software? 😬 anyone knows how to fix this issue? I tried to restart my phone and reset the keyboard setting but it’s still there 🙄

Well i face this issue only on whatsapp. Also there is a glitch on Youtube where i can‘t select a video for like 10 seconds.. i just got the new iphone and it is kind of annoying seeing things like these.

I just got my iPhone 13 Pro Max 128gb and I’m experiencing this issue with WhatsApp and Google Chrome.

I got for my wife the same iPhone 13 Pro Max but 256gb version and she doesn’t have this glitch.

It’s a shame tough, I come from Android Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and this little glitch has been a terrible new experience for me in iOS. I hope they fix this soon.

My keyboard is flickering while using iMessenger and not a Third Party App. It does flicker while using WeChat, but it most often does this while I'm responding to a text on iMessenger. Any help is appreciated.

I checked it in my friend’s phone, he have iPhone max. He does not have flickering issue. It is not happening in iPhone 6s also. Not sure if this is new generation phone issue. Too annoying. Difficult to put credentials correctly at times. Typing on emails is becoming a nightmare

Nop; restarting didn’t fix the issue on chrome for me. Sometimes the keyboard glitches; sometimes the entire screen flashes.

i even called Apple and did all the troubleshooting steps they said; nothing worked

Got a 13 pro and I face the same issue! Went to the apple store (Genius Bar) 3 times in 2 weeks, did a DFU reset and all sorts of troubleshooting at the apple store - IT DID NOT WORK.

Apple replaced my screen display (lol), clearly didn’t work.

This IOS glitch is ******* me off! Apple, do something about this!!
