Cannot Pair Apple Watch after update

I cannot pair my Apple Watch (Series 6) with Iphone 12 after updating to IOS 14.6.

When prompted on the Iphone to "Put on your Apple Watch and hold it up to the Camera", the camera isn't active anymore. And I can't pair it manually, because the watch is stuck in the middle of pairing.
