Can native Apple Silicon plugins run natively if there are also non-native plugins installed?

I've heard somewhere that if I have at least one plugin installed that does not natively support Apple Silicon, then this will force Logic and all other plugins to run via Rosetta 2, regardless of whether or not those other plugins do support Apple Silicon natively.

Is this true?
