iPhone 12 parallel effect does not work
I have iPhone 12 on which the icon parallel effect does not work when I turn off the movement

Hello. This is expected behavior. Enabling "Reduce Motion" in your settings disables the parallax effect of icons on your home screen. This is an accessibility feature. If you want the parallax effect on on your iPhone, ensure that "Reduce Motion" is switched off.
