How to create a map from geocoded photos

I have multi-day travel geocoded photo albums that I want to be viewed in shared photos. I would like to intersperse a map image with the appropriate timestamp.

I can create sort of what I want by selecting a group of photos in the Photos app and showing Information. Then select the map portion as a screen grab. For example:

A compatibility issue is that Photos will display the map as desired but a .png is not transferred to Shared Albums. Thus, another step using, e.g., preview is needed to change it to .jpg.

But that image needs to have its creation / capture date timestamp changed to whatever would put it in the proper sequence. I use Houdah Geo to change the timestamp and locale. The screenshot can then be added to the appropriate Photos library.

This is way too tedious and the map is not necessarily what I would like. In Automator there are some tools to create maps from selected photos, but they do not work for in Big Sur.

Does anyone know of an app, script or other tool that could do at least part of this more easily?
