Signed up for Verizon 6-month Apple Music trial, shows active on Verizon but subscription not working

When I attempt to use my subscription for aApple music, I get the following:


Verizon shows the prescription as active. I’ve never used Apple Music before.

Solved it myself. I received a link to start Apple Music in a message and opened it in my IPad. Apple Music didn’t work. Later I clicked the link by my iPhone, and it worked! Discovered while on phone with tech support.
