So I’ve had this iPad for quite a long time, and recently while I was using it, the screen suddenly turned lavender. So me, being me, presses the restart and home button. Then, the iPad turned off and when I tried to restart it, it just flashes the Apple logo and turns back to darkness. I really don’t wanna lose my only friend supporting me through this dark time, can anyone please help?
How old is this iPad?
The “A” model number can be found on the aluminium back of your iPad, in very small print, right under the larger bold print “iPad” on the back of the iPad
If this is a very old iPad, it is possible the internal battery has failed.
