Cisco AnyConnect VPN stopped working
My colleague and I use MacBook Pros on a Windows network and use the Cisco AnyConnect VPN to access our network domain servers.
For the second time in a month the Cisco AnyConnect VPN has stopped working on our MacBook Pros.
Last month it stopped working after applying the Mac OS 10.14.6 security update.
This month, it stopped working after applying a Safari update.
When attempting to start the VPN, we get the message:
No components loaded. Quitting the application.
Why does this keep happening?
Our are IT department have suggested reinstalled the VPN software, which they need to do via a remote connection, as we do not have admin access to our Macs.
