I have a CHESONA iPad Pro 11 Case 2020 with Keyboard, iPad Pro 11 Keyboard, 5-in-1 USB-C Hub, 7 Color Backlit - Pencil Holder - Smart Magic Keyboard for 11-inch iPad Pro (2020/2018 2nd/1st Generation), Black


worked fine before the update now it does work with the new update.

iPad Pro 11-inch Wi-Fi, Cellular

Chesona will send you an email with update link. You’ll need a Windows PC, connect the USB A to the Windows PC then the USB-C to the keyboard.


Click on the patch update from the email in Windows, this will run the patch, once completed the keyboard should work.

I had the same issue. I did the CHESONA update and it worked for a couple of weeks. Then suddenly my iPad stopped charging. I took it to Apple and they replaced it. A few days later the new iPad stopped charging too. I can’t charge through the keyboard or directly through the iPad. I’m using apple cables and apple adapter. Will apple replace my iPad again and if so, do I need to just get a refund on this keyboard?

I got the link from Chesona. the directions said to remove the ipad from the keyboard case before doing anything. When I click on the WindowsUpdater ver. 008, the screen comes up that says USB is not Connected, but when I connect the usb to the computer from my keyboard USBc slot, it wont recognize the keyboard and wont change to USB is connected. so i stall out there. any suggestions?
