I'm working on a project and when I apply the "Color Panels" transition to a clip, as soon as it starts, it is shifting my clip a few pixels to the left, which is not ideal—see picture below. Any insights on this? Thanks for your help!
You're right — it's broken. The incoming clip shifts left by 3 pixels and the outgoing clip shifts from 2 pixels left to 0 at the end.

I can replicate this on my system as well.
Workaround - apply the transition to an adjustment layer above cut, seems to work correctly.

I can't reproduce that. Please give the exact details of the media on both sides of the transitions and the exact project properties.
Please tell us everything that was done to the clips in the project. Please give the exact and complete specifications of the media.

Thanks for that. Here it is https://youtu.be/LzfvzwheEsk. Notice that exactly at 00:02 and 00:04 is when the issue happens on the right side of the screen. The media which is presenting this problem is also not keyframed.

Interestingly enough, not in this particular project actually!
I see the same thing. In the first frame of the transition, there is a shift to the left. It can be clearly seen by changing the viewer background to white instead of black.
