Whether you find the answer helpful or not, it IS factual. There is NO supported way to go backwards in iOS. There has never been a way to do so. If the update caused an issue with a 3rd party app, you need to address that with the developer of the app. Apple provides the API for all updates to the app developers, long before an iOS update is publicly released. It is up to the app developer to ensure their app can work with the new iOS. Apple doesn't own 3rd party apps, nor do they or can they do anything with the code inside the app.
If you are not happy with these facts, complain to Apple. This is a user to user only forum. We don't design iOS. Nor can we provide what you want.

But complaining to Apple likely won't help with this 3rd party app which you are having an issue with. You need to address that with the app developer. This link explains how to reach an app developer --> How to contact an app developer - Apple Support

Downgrading iOS has never been supported, so you can't.
I'm sure you'll adjust to the new iOS. Things always change with every new iOS release. Most of us figure things out and manage to adjust just fine.
You may want to spend some time with this link about iOS 15 --> What’s new in iOS 15 - Apple Support
You are NOT speaking with Apple. So your request is only being read by other users.
You can provide feedback to Apple, but in all these years, Apple has NEVER provided a path backward. Still, this is how to get your message to Apple, which they will at least read, but not respond --> https://www.apple.com/feedback/
Personally, I have iOS 15.1.1 and iPadOS 15.1 running on many devices, with absolutely no issues whatsoever.
How many times do you want us to say it? You cannot downgrade iOS. Your only option is to live with it.

Apple no longer cryptographically signs iOS 14.8.1 for any device, so you can no longer go back using a computer or not, though obviously if you have not yet updated to iOS 15 you can update to iOS 14.8.1.
Apple will NOT downgrade an iPhone.
As noted, this is a user to user forum and Apple is not here. You can send feedback to Apple here: Product Feedback - Apple
If you think safari was ruined because the search bar was moved to the bottom, you can move it to the original position at the top by tapping on the aA icon in the bar and hitting "Show top address bar"
You can not downgrade iOS.
What an unhelpful answer. This update broke at least one very popular subscription model paid app. Update rollback is functionally offered by every other OS out there. Instead of smugly ‘recommending’ frankly unhelpful (but equally smug) answers, perhaps Apple would like to spend some time working on introducing much needed rollback functionality instead. Or even just properly regression testing their new releases.
The IOS 15 update is diabolical! I feel like I have lost control of swiping & the Ipad has developed a ‘mind of its own’, NO, I am not going to adjust to it! Horrible update! Please hurry up & get rid of it!
If it is not to late you can go back. I have done it many times
i back up my phone in iCloud, however before you download a new update, back up on a computer also.
if you don’t like the new system, or it’s not ready yet,
and crashes apps, you must erase the phone and reinstall the computer backup. It will have the last system you saved and is it to restore.
remember this next time.
I agree, IOS 15 is the worst update i've seen. It ruined safari, notifications and imessage when there was nothing wrong with any of those
FYI: I complained to Apple and they said to use this link for all complaints.

Hope it helps!
