Whether you find the answer helpful or not, it IS factual. There is NO supported way to go backwards in iOS. There has never been a way to do so. If the update caused an issue with a 3rd party app, you need to address that with the developer of the app. Apple provides the API for all updates to the app developers, long before an iOS update is publicly released. It is up to the app developer to ensure their app can work with the new iOS. Apple doesn't own 3rd party apps, nor do they or can they do anything with the code inside the app.
If you are not happy with these facts, complain to Apple. This is a user to user only forum. We don't design iOS. Nor can we provide what you want.
Feedback to Apple goes here --> Feedback - iPhone - Apple
But complaining to Apple likely won't help with this 3rd party app which you are having an issue with. You need to address that with the app developer. This link explains how to reach an app developer --> How to contact an app developer - Apple Support
Calm down. Like it or not, your answer was unhelpful - in tone,
if nothing else. I did not say your answer was not factual, but did express my honest opinion; that your answer came across as smug and was unhelpful. Both of which are true, and my opinion remains unchanged.
Crunchyroll - iOS 15 broke all the best bits, including queue, main
filters, and the ‘new’ episode flag functionality. Only change was upgrade to iOS 15. It was working before, it was not working afterwards. I am absolutely sure of that, because I was watching anime on it immediately before the upgrade, and then tried to watch some immediately after. I have a support call scheduled for it with Apple tomorrow, but I was hoping to rollback the upgrade and wait for a less buggy version (as they likely won’t be able to fix it on the call). Anime simulcast streaming is pretty much all I use the affected device for, so if that’s not working the device is effectively rendered useless to me until it is.

The IOS 15 update is diabolical! I feel like I have lost control of swiping & the Ipad has developed a ‘mind of its own’, NO, I am not going to adjust to it! Horrible update! Please hurry up & get rid of it!
Who do you think you are talking to? Apple? You aren't. This is a user to user only forum. Apple isn't here. Just other users. No one is going to get rid of iOS 15 for you.
I have absolutely no issues whatsoever with iOS 15.1 (the newest version) on 2 iPhones and 2 iPads.
IOS 15 is AWFUL TERRIBLE USELESS! My iPad Air 2 no longer converts speech to text (dictating emails).
Has all these weird Safari boxes lined up along the bottom of the page, seemingly un erasable.
Even Apple phone tech could not help.
Give us the option to uninstall! My iPad Air 2 is unusable.
There should be a way to change an update back.
I HATE the IOS 15 update!! As stated in other comments, it drops calls, won’t keep photos, I have to use portrait instead. Some of my apps either won’t open or they disappear.
It’s trash! If you won’t allow me to go back, then do another and better upgrade!!!
I hate to stop using iPhone, but this is worse than a flip phone!
Same here. Do you get the do not disturb banners on/off every couple minutes while using phone as well. There’s other things I hate about it too but this one is dangerous.

iOS updat 15 is horrible! Why did Apple feel the need to change what is good and make it bad!! Worst update ever. I’m now using Google maps instead of the new imaps. I agree with all posts here saying you have destroyed all good things!!! Uuuggghh!
So a third party app stops working properly and you're blaming the iOS upgrade.
If a third party app doesn't work properly with the new iOS version, the third party app vendor is solely responsible because they didn't care enough to test/update their app.
That is the worst answer you could possibly give. The update is awful, and inconvenient. There is nothing helpful about it but it makes everything take longer. Why would the irl be at the bottom of the page? Where has it ever been there? Instead of blowing off the complaint, maybe you should consider that validity of it.

It is, nonetheless, accurate.

If you don't like the URL (irl means "in real life) at the bottom of Safari, turn that feature off. Settings>Safari>Tabs and tap on the "Single Tab" icon. I find it easier to access at the bottom and am pleased there is such an option.
I haven’t seen it make anything take longer and in fact it brings extra functionality that has been quite useful.
There are things that are different but as with the Safari URL bar, many can be modified with settings changes.

Couldn't tell that. My reply was to lobsterghost1 cuz it sounded just like an Apple answer.
You, like most other people, didn’t bother to read the terms use when you first joined the forum. It is stated there quite clearly that this is a user-to-user forum. Please note that this is an observation, not a criticism; I don’t read ToUs either 😈
As fellow Apple users, you’re also most likely to get official Apple answers here.
if you have a post removed by the moderators, it’s simply because you didn’t adhere to the Apple Support Communities Terms of Use that you agreed to follow when you signed up for an account:

I don’t think you meant that. You will never get official Apple answers here, unless they are in a published knowledge base article.
Actually, I did.
To clarify:
When I answer questions I try as often as possible to include a link to an Apple Support article which does reflect Apple’s official views on the topic.
We of course do not represent Apple but I think most of us do reference Apple’s official documents.
