The tracking number does not work. UPS tracking number is invalid.

I just bought a pair of Airpods, but the tracking number apple send me to my email does not work. When I use it on UPS, this message is shown "We could not locate the shipment details for this tracking number. Details are only available for shipments made within the last 120 days. Please check your information."
