Find my Friends on Icloud

There has never been a Find My Friends App on the iCloud.com website.

I just learnt through another thread that Apple have dropped the support for Find My Friends on icloud. Not sure why this has happened but for me it is a pain as it is easier to use on a large screen. I suggest to raise a complaint with Apple for the loss of this functionality and if there is sufficient feedback then maybe it will be reintroduced

Agree totally, I always use the windows version .... well, I always used to use the windows version until it was abruptly removed. It is much easier than on the iphone. As mentioned previously to others on the discussion, if we can all register complaints with Apple, then maybe they will listen to their customers and bring fmf back.

Note that "Find My Friends" is listed on the iCloud list, so submitting a complaint will eventually reach Apple

The NEW issue is "When will Apple" provide - across all platforms the "Find My" App. Only the iCloud does not have the latest "All" Platform Apps.

Seem strange that before the Sept 20th 2021 update they had the two independent apps - FInd Friends" & FInd iPhone", fully functional - which make up the basses of "Find My".

Why does Apple not consider this "Across The Board" solution?

it still maybe worth registering a customer complaint, if nothing is said, then I suspect nothing will be done. However if we voice our concerns then maybe they will listen and do something. At a minimum would be good to get an explanation and rationale behind the decision, rather than the current silence

I agree, the use on a PC (larger Screen) was more productive then my iPhone. Is there no "Change Control" at Apple? Why talk a perfectly good functional app down.

Profoundly irritated by the loss of Find Friends on iCloud.com.

The big screen is most suitable for map-like information, rather than a pocket sized phone.

I am a recent convert to Apple. Its biggest strength seems to be its superb integration between devices/apps etc.

The lack of some sort of announcement, for example at login time to iCloud, is very amateurish.

Perhaps I should put my plans for an iMac/iPad on hold...

I too am missing this feature on my pc but the number of participants in this date is miniscule compared to the number of apple customers and I feel that whatever we say our numbers will not warrant any change in decision by apple

Find Friends has been missing from iCloud for days. Is there a statement from Apple?
