Find My Friends is missing from Icloud. Using Win 10 on Lenovo Desktop. Been working for several months now. Problem with Icloud?

There has never been a Find My Friends App on the iCloud.com website.
You can use the Find My iPhone app on iCloud.com to find your friends if they have shared their location with you: link-> Locate a friend's device in Find My iPhone on iCloud.com - Apple Support
also why does Apple not notify their customer of these changes especially when this change does impact the customer in a negative way

A line to say that I too have emailed Product Support to register my dismay that Find My Friends has been dropped from iCloud.com
Yes. Apple, we want FMFs back on all devices and iCloud.
