I found this “Software Update” in iPhone Storage under general settings.
I’ve already updated my iPhone X to iOS 15, so I don’t understand what’s this and what happens if I delete it.
Can anyone help me? :)

It is a downloaded ipsw file that was downloaded to your iPhone. What version of iOS are you currently running? If you are at iOS 15 you can delete the update.
It is a leftover file from an app or an iOS update that took place on your iPhone. You can delete it.
