Mac book air setting for the country region

I Have Mac Book air 2015 running big Sur 11.6 try to reach a website and get the following message "We do not provide services in your country" changed the country region to be that where I am now, using the Applestore, but no change to the msg.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.6

Hi

There are a few reasons for this

some app are only available in certain regions, to change region in App Store you would need and billing card from that country
You are using a VPN
To change the region on you Mac you would go to system preferences > region
