hi, iOS 15 text replacement not working.
I recently updated to ios15.
iPhone 6s
all my text replacement are gone.
I do not turn on and I dont use iCloud.
tried to edit text replacement, but after a few moments, it disappeared.
please fix or advise solution.

I do not use or installed any third party keyboard.
There are no error messages when I add or edit text replacements. The texts were added and appeared.
When I get out of the menu and back to Home Screen it just vanished. only 'On my way!'exist. And yes I did reset my phone before and after adding my text replacements.
additional info, my iCloud is off. Cannot on because disabled by company. And it occurs on iPhone XR.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, your text replacements disappeared and continue to disappear when you create new ones. We'll do our best to assist.
Do you happen to have any other keyboards added to your iPhone? If so, remove all third-party keyboards, Restart your iPhone, and then attempt to add a text replacement again: Add or change keyboards on iPhone
Do you have any other third-party apps that replace text? If so, you'd want to remove these as well, then test it out after restarting again.
Should it persist, what happens when you add the text replacements? Do you ever receive an error? If so, what is that error exactly?

In that case, try to reset the dictionary in Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Keyboard Dictionary.
If that doesn't solve it, then we'd recommend to contact Apple directly: Get Support
