The email is a reminder. The email isn’t needed to redeem. You can redeem without that.
Redeem the offer on your new eligible Apple device, in the TV app. Find the “Enjoy 3 Months Free” redeem button there.
For Macs, remember to additionally sign in to the TV app (menu Account), in order for the redeem button to appear.
