Open your Applications/Utilities folder and open the Keychain Access app.

When the app opens type in the name of your E-Mail provider

The keychain window should show your e-mail address for that provider

double-click on it and another window will open.

In that window there is a 'check' box for Show Password,

check the box (click in it) and you will be asked for your administrator password

enter it and press Return.

The password for your e-mail account should now display.

If all else fails go to the website for your e-mail provider and reset the password.
