HomePod Mini no longer plays TuneIn radio stations via Apple Music

I used to ask Siri to play WVXU and it would play it via TuneIn radio on my pod minis. Now it says “Playing WVXU radio provided by TuneIn…. Sorry there was a problem with Apple Music”. And wont play. I can play it on my phone and send it to the pod mini but that drains the battery of the phone. The Pod Mini used to play via Apple Music the TuneIn stations. All my devices are updated to the latest software including the Pod Mini (iOS15). Any idea?

Thanks for your message. The issue is I have followed all troubleshooting advice and nothing helps. This is not my problem, if you look at the forum a lot of people have the same problem. The issue is between Apple Music and TuneIn.

We are happy to help with the issue you are having with your HomePod not being able to play a radio station and giving you an error message. You should try the steps listed in If HomePod isn't responding.

If you still have issues using HomePod, it would be best to contact Apple Support.

Thanks. The home pod responds well plays my music, follows commands is accessible and has the latest software. Yet whenever I try to play a rune in station I get that error message.
