iPhone is silencing all calls when locked .

All calls and notifications are being silenced when phone is locked. How do I turn this off?

In the do not disturb screen under silence it says all incoming calls are silenced while iPhone is locked. So how do I unlock the phone so it rings for incoming calls On the do not disturb page under silence it states “Incoming call and notifications will be silenced while phone is locked” So how do I unlock the phone?
