I tried to open an heic file someone sent me via text to my iPhone 7. I clicked on Download, but it never appeared in Photos or Files. Under Settings/Camera/Formats, I tried both High Efficiency and Most
Compatible, but still nuthin.’ Can you please help? Thanks!
