calls from Puerto Rico

Why are all my incoming calls showing up as being from Puerto Rico? None of these calls are actually from Puerto Rico and show their true number and location once they show up in my recents list.

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. We understand that incoming phone calls appear from Puerto Rico, but in the Recents tab of the Phone app it displays a different location. We'll be happy to help.

If you haven't tried yet, we recommend to restart your iPhone. This can help resolve unexpected behavior: Restart your iPhone

In addition, let's see if there's an available carrier settings update on your iPhone: Manually update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad
