I have had my phone replaced by 02 they gave me a refurbished one but I have started to notice that when it’s on the 1x I’m getting a a full dotted white line on all images and videos abc when I put it on SLO mode the camera flicks

Take it back to O2. If you are in UK you have to go to the retailer not Apple, but you can always reach out to Apple Support directly, you may be able to reach them here: contact Apple Support
Hi thank you for your help I have emailed the manager at 02 and I also went through the Apple help and they booked me an appt to take it to iPhone so they could see if there is a soft ware issue I believe.
im sure it is 92 send me a refurbished phone I’ve had it only 2 weeks and this is what is happening
