Game Center Account

Can you help me reset my Game Center Account? I’ve been playing WarRobots for a couple of years now. I accidentally deleted the game from my iPad and when I tried to reinstall it, I can’t restore my WarRobots account from my Game Center account as it is giving me a new account. Thankfully, I still have my game on my iPhone but I can’t anymore connect it to my Game Center account as it is suggesting a brand new game ID. I’m afraid I’ll be losing all my game progress as I’ve invested so much in this account. Can you please help me save my old WarRobots account to my Game Center so I can play it across multiple devices (iPad/iPhone)? Resetting my Game Center account would perhaps help me save my WarRobots account. Thank you for your kind attention.
