Every time I restart I get this message popping up, it then closes after a few seconds. Is it anything to worry about? I'm running High Sierra on a MacBook Pro

Ah, someone suggested I look in Login Items, and sure enough it was listed twice in there so I deleted them both. I wonder why it appeared in there in the first place.
Some third-party application that you installed placed it in the Login items, as nothing in a normal macOS installation does this.
