iPhone 13 Pro not able to receive 5G ultra wide band signal

I have 5G ultra band signal at my area. My wife’s 12 pro can connect to it all the time and with download speed about live 1gbps, but I am not able to pick the signal on my new 13 Pro. We have the same Verizon plan. Does anyone have the similar issue? I think it’s an issue on the new iPhone 13 Pro. I noticed my phone flipped between 5g and lte all the time as well

Hi dere.haung,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. We understand you have some questions about your cellular data. We're happy to provide some information to help.

To start, make sure there are no pending carrier settings updates. You can see how to do that here: Manually update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad

If there are no updates available, the next step would be to reach out to your provider ashelp with cellular network services would be best addressed by them.

Thanks
