cannot sign in to apple tv+ on my Sony smart tv
I just downloaded the Apple TV Pro app on my smart tv. When I try to log in, my apple tv password is not accepted. Does anyone know why this might be happening?

Your Apple ID account credentials will be verified online.
- Check that Apple’s remote servers are accessible (no overly restricted firewall settings).
- Check your TV privacy settings, for what apps may do on your device. See discussions.apple.com/thread/252691729.
- Check the case-sensitivity of the entered password.
