forgot encrypt password for my old backup in itunes

i have backup my data to itunes and put encrypt password and now i forgot that password to backup that data to new iphone

You are either going to have to remember it, or you will not be able to use it. See this, About encrypted backups on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

There is no way to remove that backup password.
