the button on back of airpods pro is not working…what can be done

it sounds like your AirPods Pro Wireless Charging Case needs to be replaced.
Since this is a forum I would contact Apple and they will help you get your AirPods up and running again!

airpods pro would not connect. In settings hit “forget” this device. Trying to reconnect using button on the back; light is green for a couple of seconds then goes off completely, without turning to amber then flashing white. What can I do?
