Macbook Air 2017 CPU over usage

Hi , I am using a MacBook Air 2017 purchased in 2018, my CPU shows 100 percent usage and after this I tried installing fresh copy over apple support. MY macbook air is still very slow. can anyone help.. there is no third-arty application installed.. thanks in advance. Ramkie
