My new iPhone 12 is locked and I want to set it back to factory settings

F2***D3Y this new I phone is locked and I have no idea what the passcode must be because i entered it twice and it was the same as i had on myu old phone and my ipad. How can I open it.

You will need to follow these instructions which will erase the phone.
