Always on in location services is not an option
I don’t have that option of always on in location services under find my phone, can someone help me

Great question, and one we'd like to help answer as best we can. Just like several other apps, Find My doesn't have the option for 'Always'. You can see this by tapping on each app under Settings > Privacy > Location Services.
