I have plenty of storage everything is set up correctly. My pictures went to iCloud but not vids. what is the problem? are the wifi speeds to slow? please help before I loose them. I get a new phone next month

Videos can take a long time to sync. Check your current cloud status in the photos app.


Open photos

Tap library

scroll to the bottom

see the current count and cloud status.


Leave the phone plugged in and walk away. It will sync. You may also want to restart your phone.
