Problem buying AppleCare iPhone 13 Pro

I'm on the new iOS 15.0 - latest version build and iPhone Pro 13.

It gives me the option to buy AppleCare via my phone but I haven't been able to compete the transaction. I've been trying for 2 days now, the button spins for a few seconds and then returns to normal.

No issues with connectivity.

Not very helpful.

I'm reporting this as a bug and also I would like to know if there is anyway to reset this process? I have already hard reset my phone to no avail.
