HomeKit and Shortcuts App issues on IOS 15

I'm wondering if anybody is facing the following issues I face with HomeKit and Shortcuts App after upgrading to iOS 15:

Time trigger automations (I.e. on sunrise or sunset) stopped to work
Siri / HomePod does not recognize the devices or rooms at home and try to find the closest alternative or ask me to pick
Siri can't run most of the shortcuts in the shortcuts app and feedback "We've had problems..."
When running a shortcut from another shortcut, Siri quits
slow updating of the home app devices

I'm also wondering how can I fix all those problems. My home automation is quite dysfunctional now and should be triggered manually using the iPhone.

After upgrading to iOS 15.1, both the problems ('Shortcuts in Home automation not working,' and 'Homepod automation does not work if the audio output of the Apple TV is set for the Homepod') have been resolved.

I think 15.1 has fixed it for me too. Still checking in things but devices/hubs seem to be connecting much better now.

I’ve noticed any devices I have that run off a hub (eg Philips hue/eufy cameras/pulse blinds) sometimes are “not responding” or the action just can’t be done.

also my HomePods can’t do basic things like set a timer - the response is

“on it….. still on it…. Somethings taking a little too long here” and then it just does nothing.

assuming it’s the latest update that has messed it up

After testing, Siri still facing issues picking up on executing a shortcut from a shortcut. You need to get back to your phone to manually execute.

Since I updated to iOS 15, I am facing similar problems:

1. None of the Home automations that use shortcuts works.

2. If default audio output of Apple TV is set for the Homepod, other automation (such as ‘at 7:30 AM, Daily, Play Media...’) on the Homepod does not work.

Thank you for the update. Yes, most of the issues were resolved. Yet, some of the main issues still standing such as the responsiveness of the home app updating the status of the devices and the Ethernet connection dropping when using Apple TV as a hub. For automation to run smoothly, the hub should run smoothly.
