I am using an iMac with the macOS Monterey version 12.0.1 . I can no longer open the site for design space. The website is design.cricut.com all I get is a white screen. I uninstalled the cricut application and because of this problem and now cannot even redownload the application. This leaves my cricut machine unusable! I was on Apple support as well as cricut support and still have no resolution. Would love some help!!!
Have you tried using different web browsers? Does the issue occur with them all? Safari, Firefox, or a Chromium based browser such as Vivaldi or Google Chrome?
Are you using any browser extensions or add-ons that may be blocking the website? You can try creating a new user account & logging into the new user to see if you can access the website. If the new user account works, then you have a configuration issue with your main user account.
Are you using any anti-virus apps, cleaning apps, or third party security software that may be interfering with the normal operation of macOS? You can try booting into Safe Mode which disables login items and third party drivers. If this works, then you have some third party software installed that is causing the problem.

The Cricut device being discussed in this thread is for a crafting device and not a Cricket phone although the OP did spell it incorrectly in the subject line. You should create a new thread for assistance with FaceTime and the Cricket phone.
This is the vendor being discussed in this thread:
I continue to have the same problem also! I'm running High Sierra 10.13 on my Mac, haven't updated to Monterey and never had Cricut design space issues before. I've done everything suggested, uninstalled/reinstalled x3, cleared the cache etc. About every 4th or 5th time I can download an image but it usually freezes before I can cut it!! Cricut customer service has been zero help! Just trying to get caught up on my scrapbooking this winter and I'm beyond frustrated. I will try to open in safe mode, although not sure what that is.
I'm having the exact same issue. I've downloaded the update and still states I need to down load new update
Thank you for trying to help. I took my computer in at the end of August to ensure my computer was clean of any malware...it was, and is.
What was the Mac cleaner you used?
I am having the exact same issue!!!

I have the mac air with M1 chip. Mine doesn't work either and there are no errors. It just loads with a white screen
Have you tried clearing the Application Cache as suggested by the Cricut troubleshooting article here:
https://help.cricut.com/hc/en-us/articles/360040993633-Design-Space-for-Desktop-Troubleshooting
from the Cricut troubleshooting article:
I see a blank white screen when I launch Design Space for Desktop.
This issue is easily resolved by clearing your application cache. Contact Member Care for assistance in troubleshooting this issue.
I tried everything they said to do but deleting it and reinstalling is the only thing that worked
what mac cleaner program did you use?
